Can Frontflows AI voice assistant actually answer guest questions?
What happens if the AI assistant doesn’t know something?
If a caller asks something outside your AI host's knowledge, it will politely let the guest know and forward their request to your team so someone can follow up. No awkward dead ends.
And if it’s something that keeps coming up, you can simply teach it to the assistant once — and it will know what to answer next time.
Does it work in multiple languages?
Yes, it understands and speaks multiple languages fluently. Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese...
If a guest starts talking in another language, your AI host will adapt and follow along naturally.
Will my guests know they’re talking to an AI?
